杜比实验室为希望使用杜比标志来证明自己录制的音频内容采用了杜比编码技术的公司提供了标志使用协议。

该协议应该由有权发布内容的公司签署，例如游戏发行商、唱片公司、家庭录像公司或其它发行商。 如果您是工作室或者为客户制作产品的开发商，请要求您的客户完成此表格。
