High School Hijinks at Their Very Best
Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Ferris Bueller's Day Off with this special edition Blu-ray Disc™ featuring Dolby® TrueHD 5.1. This edition includes a slipcover with a foldout map of Ferris's travels on his day off.
Ferris Bueller (Matthew Broderick) is a popular high school student living in an affluent Chicago suburb. After convincing his parents that he is truly sick, Ferris calls on his friend Cameron (Alan Ruck) to join him for a day of hooky from school.
Cameron agrees, although reluctantly, because it means taking his father's prized classic 1961 red Ferrari 250 GT convertible. They pick up Ferris's girlfriend Sloane (Mia Sara), then head for adventure in downtown Chicago—all the while trying to outsmart and outrun the dean of students, who has become wise to Ferris's plan.
