The Sound of HD
Dolby® Mobile is designed to give consumers a rich, full-impact audio experience right out of the box for movies, videos, and music. For the first time, consumers can enjoy no-compromise multichannel audio that will rival anything they’ve heard before.
Designed for easy, flexible implementation, Dolby Mobile allows device makers to enable a multitude of stunning audio settings, including full 5.1-channel HD audio. Dolby helps tune these settings to the mobile device and type of content, so consumers know to expect incredible audio when they press the Dolby button to activate Dolby Mobile.
And because some consumers like having options for controlling their mobile entertainment even further, Dolby Mobile enables the creation of custom preset audio settings, too. Manufacturers choose the degree of customization to include in their mobile devices, as well as which presets and Dolby Mobile features to include.
