Game Developer Support Program
Dolby will supply you with all the knowledge and staff support you'll need to best implement our surround sound technologies in your particular game. And we can put you in contact with some of the industry's top game sound designers, producers, and publishers.
Quality Assurance Assistance
Our offices based in San Francisco, London, and Japan can begin assisting you with QA while your game is still "under construction." The majority of the sound assets and final mix levels should be in place, but you may submit preliminary builds earlier in the process for specific audio critiques. We also recommend that the sound designer and audio programmer consult with our experts on best practices for using Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic II technologies on particular platforms.
Here are additional resources to get you started.
For Sony PlayStation 3: Find Dolby Digital documentation on Sony's Developer Network.
For Microsoft Xbox 360: Contact the Xbox 360 Registered Developers Program.
For Nintendo Wii: Take a look at the Pro Logic II support built into Nintendo's AX and Musyx APIs.
