Flex Work @Dolby is our way of being intentional about how we do our best work. 

We enable working remotely, while still harnessing the magic of coming together in-person for collaboration, connection, and community. Most employees will be in the office more than zero days a week and less than five days a week. And we encourage our employees to experiment, iterate, and adapt to enable their work.
