PCs with Dolby Atmos for Headphones preinstalled with the Windows 10 Creators Update will not need any add-ons to enable Dolby Atmos playback.

Dolby Access app for download: If you have the Windows 10 Creators Update installed on your PC or Xbox console, you can download the free Dolby Access app from the Windows Store or Xbox Store. This will enable Dolby Atmos connectivity via HDMI.
